The sock that stops toes rubbing
A five-toe sock gives every toe its own compartment, which removes the friction between toes that causes blisters and hot spots on long runs and hikes. It also lets the toes move independently, which is why barefoot-running and yoga brands keep coming back to the shape.
It is knitted on dedicated toe-sock machines, so the minimum is higher than a standard sock in most factories — we hold it at 100 pairs per design and let you mix sizes inside that. Colours can differ per toe, which makes the sock an easy gift or retail item.
Five true compartments
Each toe is knitted separately with a flat join, so there is no ridge pressing between the toes.
Blister and chafe control
Removing toe-to-toe friction is the main reason long-distance runners and hikers wear them.
Colour per toe
You can run a different colour on each toe, add a heel contrast, or keep it tonal with the logo only on the cuff.
Grip version available
Silicone dots can be added to the sole for yoga, pilates and barefoot-training use.

Sock length
No-show, ankle, quarter, crew, mid-calf, knee-high, over-the-knee or thigh — or any height you specify.
Material & gauge
Combed cotton, bamboo, merino, Coolmax, recycled polyester and nylon-spandex blends, knitted from 96N to 200N.
Colour matching
Dyed to Pantone from our yarn library of 100+ colours, or matched to a physical swatch you send us.
Logo method
Jacquard knitting, embroidery, sublimation printing or a woven label — we recommend the one that suits your artwork.
Sizes
XS to XL plus kids’ sizes, or a single unisex size that fits most adult feet. Sizes can be mixed inside one design.
Packaging & labels
Free standard labels, or custom woven labels, hangtags, header cards, gift boxes and printed cartons.
Grip soles
Silicone grip dots or a full-sole grip print, laid out to your own pattern or logo.
Cushion & arch support
Terry cushioning under foot, ribbed support through the leg and a compressive arch band.
Care & compliance labelling
Fibre composition, care symbols, country of origin and barcodes printed or woven to your market’s requirements.
