Zhuji Yousidi Knitting Co., Ltd has been knitting socks since 2008 in Datang, Zhuji — the town that produces a large share of the world’s socks. Your logo is knitted, embroidered or printed directly onto the sock by machines we own and operate. There is no trading company in between, which is why we can quote faster, hold tolerances tighter and work from a 100-pair minimum instead of the typical 500–1,000 pairs a sourcing agent demands.

Methods can be combined. A jacquard sock with an embroidered crest, or a printed sock with a woven cuff label, are both routine for us.

- Material: combed cotton, bamboo, merino wool, recycled polyester, nylon, or a custom blend with spandex
- Needle count: 144N / 168N / 200N — higher counts give a finer surface for detailed logos
- Colour: matched to Pantone references on the yarn or thread
- Size range: US men’s 6–13, women’s 5–11, kids’ sizes, or your own size chart
- Extras: silicone grip soles, compression zones, cushioned footbed, seamless toe, reinforced heel

How Ordering Works
- Send your logo and brief. Artwork file, sock type, quantity and target date.
- Get a free digital mockup and quote. Usually within 24 hours, including our recommendation on method.
- Approve a physical sample. We knit or print a real pair so you can check colour, hand-feel and stitch quality.
- Bulk production with QC. In-line and final inspection, then shipment to your door or directly to your warehouse.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I mix several colours or sizes in one order?
Yes. Sizes are mixable within a single design. Mixing colours in a jacquard design counts toward the yarn-colour limit, so we will advise on what works.
Will my logo survive washing?
Knitted and embroidered logos are part of the sock and will outlast the garment. Printed logos hold up well with normal wash care, and we will specify the method we trust for your use case.
Do you charge for samples?
The digital mockup is free. Physical samples carry a small fee that is credited back against your bulk order.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes, gladly. Send yours over and we will sign it before you share any artwork.
What if my logo has gradients or a photograph?
Heat transfer printing handles that best. We will tell you when jacquard or embroidery would visibly compromise your artwork.
