What is the MOQ for custom socks?
We have no MOQ limited,everyone can start with 1 pair!
What sizes are available for custom socks?
We can knit socks to suit all size of feet. We even do “ONE SIZE” options that fit most adult unisex feet – great for personalised logo socks, comfy cotton socks and branded styles.
Can we make customized sock packaging?
We provide sock packaging design and production, you will get socks ready to retail! Have optional free packaging, or more complex personalized packaging.
Do you offer FREE sock labels?
Yes, we offer FREE custom labels with our soxtastic brand showed on the backside.
What are the available sock lengths (heights)?
You can choose from no-show socks, ankle-high, crew socks, mid-calf socks, calf socks, knee socks, and thigh socks.
What material is used for socks?
Our custom socks are crafted from premium long-staple cotton blended with nylon for durability and spandex for stretch and recovery. Because soxtastic is a top sock brand, we understand what makes a quality sock that people genuinely love to wear. We also offer custom bamboo socks made from sustainable bamboo viscose — naturally softer, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial. For custom athletic socks and performance programs, we use advanced moisture-management blends engineered for breathability and all-day comfort.

Yes, for all customers, design is free, we have dedicated designers to help customers.
How long can I get sock design?
We usually provide socks design in 1-3 days. If during office hours we can even send the design to you within a few hours.
Can I send you my own design?
Yes, we accept design documents in any form. We recommend that you use our sock design mockup to speed up the design.
Can you provide sock design templates?
Yes, we will send you sock design template for each style of custom socks that we offer. We also have design templates for multiple label sizes and shapes.
Can I get custom socks with my company logo?
Absolutely! Custom logo socks manufacturing is our specialty. We can incorporate your company logo, brand colors, mascot, or any custom design directly into the sock knit using our machines. Our free design service helps you create professional-looking logo socks, perfect for corporate gifts, employee swag, trade shows, or retail. Simply send us your logo and our design team will create a mockup for your approval at no cost.
Is there a limit to the number of colors in the socks design?
Yes, there has a limit for the colors number. Generally, a simple design can use a maximum of 8 colors, and a complex design can use a maximum of 5 colors. However, this is not certain. Send your design to our team to see if we can do anything for you. and design support is free!
Are socks with different designs for the left and right feet possible?
YES,OF COURSE.We can produce socks with left and right mismatched pairs.
I have no idea to design socks, can get help?
Our design team can provide socks designs suitable for your brand and company. Free design & revision until satisfaction.
Production and shipping
What is the delivery time for custom socks?
Our standard production time is 5-10 working days, plus shipping time.
Can Soxtastic do rush orders?
Most certainly! We do our best to meet any deadline and we never charge rush fees. Contact us right away to make sure that we can get your custom socks order in right away!
Where are the socks manufactured and shipped from?
Socks are produced in our own factory in Zhuji City, China, and the shipment is usually through Ningbo/Shanghai Port.
Can it be shipped internationally?
Yes, our socks are shipped all over the world. However, different regions have different policies, and there may be taxes or surcharges.
Can I track the shipment of socks orders?
Yes,of course.Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information. Tracking updates may take at least 24 hours to get in the postal system. Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email within 24 hours!

The price depends on the quantity of socks order, usually the larger the quantity, the more discount will be obtained. We cannot provide the specific price here, please contact our sales team for the exact price.
